The Pelicans House
Whether you’re looking for a large space to fit the whole family or a smaller unit for just a couple of people, The Pelicans House is a versatile two-story property located at the rear of the property. It can be rented as two separate units, or you can rent the whole house so you have plenty of space.
The Pelicans Perch
The Pelicans Perch is the unit located in the downstairs section of the property and includes:
- Living and dining areas
- Full kitchen
- Two bedrooms with queen beds
- Pull-out sofa in the living room
- Laundry room
- Reading/Bonus room with pullout twin bed
- Small patio
- TVs in the living area and one bedroom
The Pelicans Nest
The Pelicans Nest is the unit located in the property’s upstairs section. With outside balcony access and a deck that overlooks the property, this unit also includes a living room with a TV, a galley kitchen, and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
The Bayview Estate
Great for family vacations, wedding guest accommodations, or bridal parties, The Bayview Estate is the main house on our property. It can be rented as multiple units or you can rent the entire home to accommodate all of your guests. With a full kitchen, five bedrooms, a grand piano, and a bed swing, The Bayview Estate is sure to have everything that you need for your stay.
The Osprey’s Nest
The Osprey’s Nest is a room located in the front of the main estate. With a great view of the bay, this unit also includes a king bed, bathroom, and TV access.
The Great Heron Suite
Located in the front of the main estate, The Great Heron Suite is the perfect spot for bridal stays, honeymoons, and pre-wedding festivities. This master suite features a huge bathroom with a garden tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, large closet area, king bed, and TV access. The second room also includes a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an extra daybed with a trundle.
Egrets Landing
Egrets Landing is the perfect place for any kids on your trip. This unit comes with full-sized and twin-sized beds, as well as a separate bathroom and TV access.
Hummingbird Hideaway
The Hummingbird Hideaway is on the second floor of the main estate. This unit includes a full kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a large living space with two pull-out sofas, and an external private entrance. You will also have access to a large dining room table for big family dinners, as well as a TV located in the living area.
The Mangroves
The Mangroves are comprised of three individual units designated as Red, White, and Blue. With foyer access and accommodations for up to 13 people, enjoy easy accessibility when you stay in The Mangroves.
The Red Mangrove
The Red Mangrove includes a queen bed and daybed, a kitchenette, bathroom, and a pub table with stools. Enjoy a private entrance so you can feel like you’re in your own little oasis.
White Mangrove Suite
With a living room view of the courtyard, a pergola, and a fire pit, you’re sure to enjoy your stay in the White Mangrove Suite. This unit also includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a living room with TV access, a full kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a private entrance.
The Blue Mangrove
The Blue Mangrove features a queen bed, bathroom, a living area with TV access, pull-out sofa for additional guests, dining table and chairs, as well as a private entrance. With a stunning open floor plan between the living room and kitchen area, there’s plenty of space.

The Porch Bungalow
The Porch Bungalow features a king-sized bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Enjoy a private entrance with a gated porch, a sitting area, and a table with chairs to relax in. You also have access to a TV in the living area.
Back Bay Bungalow
Located towards the back of the property, the Back Bay Bungalow includes private access, a king bed, an open kitchen and living area with TV access, a table and chairs, and bathroom.

Blue Crab Shack
Great for fun family vacations, girls/guys trips, or just a weekend getaway! Our newest waterfront property on County Road One in beautiful Fairhope is the perfect place to unwind. The sunsets are incredible and the house has multiple gathering spots for your to enjoy. This three bedroom, two bath home features heart pine flooring in the main living areas. There is a fabulous pier with boathouse and crab traps - don't forget to bring your fishing gear. Chill with beverages at the ground level tiki bar that features swing seating.
