The Pelicans House at The Bayhouse and Bungalows of FH

This two story house is located on the back of the property with a rear street entrance.  It can also be two separate rentals. On the ground floor (Pelicans Perch) there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living area and dining table area. There is also a smaller room with a oversized chair that converts to a single foldout bed. You can access a small patio from the smaller back room.

The second floor is the Pelicans Nest. There is a Living Room Area, bathroom, galley kitchen with a small table and a queen size bed in a rear bedroom.
