The Pelicans Perch at The Bayhouse Bungalows of Fairhope

This is the lower portion of the Pelicans House. A private ground floor entrance opens up into a cozy living/dining area. There are two bedrooms (each with queen sized bed) and two bathrooms. The dining area features a high top table with four chairs. There is also a spacious kitchen.

There is smaller room off the kitchen that can be used as a reading/sitting area. This room is furnised with ab oversized chair that can also converts to a single foldout bed. You can also access a small patio from the back room. The Pelicans Perch also has full access to a private laundry room that is located between the entrances to both the upstairs and downstairs unit. This unit can be rented separately or as part of the rental of the Pelicans House.
